Shipping Damage
If you receive a visibly damaged shipment please refuse delivery and notify your Account Manager so that we can ship out your replacement order immediately. Your business continuity is very important to National Office Works.
Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Order Cancellation
National Office Works, Inc. will accept most items (see exceptions below) in their original packaging free of charge for up to 30 days from date of order. After 30 days, we make no guarantee that we will be able to accept returned items, and in situations where we are able to do so, a restocking fee will apply. Restocking Fees apply to orders returned 31-120 days after receipt at a rate of 20% of the value of the goods returned. Please note that return shipping charges may apply.
Before packing an item for return please request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) through the website or contact National Office Works, Inc. directly via email: [email protected].
Please have ready or include in your email the following information:
- Your Name
- Item #
- Quantity to Return
- Return Reason (Wrong Item shipped, Wrong quantity shipped, Damaged good, Manufacturer defect)
- Order #
- Your phone number
Please securely package the returned item along with the manufacturers packaging in a shipping box and clearly Mark the Shipping box with the RA#. DO NOT MARK ON THE MANUFACTURERS BOX PLEASE! Failure to do so may result in inability accept the return or properly credit your account.
Exceptions to standard return policy:
*Technology and electronics items including but not limited to printers, monitors, and TVs must be returned within 14 days and must be returned with all original packaging securely packaged as to prevent any additional damage. Restock Fees may apply.
**Imaging products and software including but not limited to toner cartridges, inkjets, and toner tubes must be in the original UNOPENED packaging and returned within 14 days of purchase. Restock Fees may apply.
***Food items, special order items, and furniture items are final sale products. Unfortunately, we cannot accept these items for return, refund, exchange or credit.
Customer Error Merchandise – National Office Works, Inc will happily issue credit for returned merchandise provided the product is in resalable condition. Resalable is assumed by us to mean an item you would deliver with confidence to your best and most important customer.
Damaged Merchandise - All damaged merchandise needs to be reported within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. An exact description of the damage should be included on the RA request.
Supplier Error - All warehouse errors (wrong fills and shortages) need to be reported within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
Defective Merchandise - Defective items must be reported within 30 days.
Credit Memo Discrepancies - Discrepancies with any credit memos issued should be reported within 30 days of receipt of credit memo. Prompt reporting of any credit memo discrepancies will allow us to more efficiently investigate and track the returned product through our distribution centers.
Cancelling Orders – Orders may be cancelled by the customer up through the end of the business day on which the order was placed.
