How do I check the status of my order?

Can I place an order with a purchase order?
To place an order with a PO you would need to register a business account with National Office Works, that allows for account billing.

How do I get a copy of my online receipt?
If you are a registered user, you may log in and click on "Order History" under the Account icon to view a history of all orders processed under your account. Click on a particular order number to view and print your order details. If you are not a registered user, you will need your order number and phone number or the account number used at the time of purchase. Please call 1-312-455-9343 for additional assistance.

How can I get free delivery?
Place a qualifying order of $50.00 or more with nationalofficeworks.com. With our extensive distribution network, we have the ability to deliver in-stock products to 98% of the country next business day! When will my order arrive?
Many items are available for next business-day delivery. We will notify you of your estimated delivery date should it need to take longer. In most locations, delivery dates noted apply to orders placed online, via phone, or via email by 4:00 p.m. local time. Deliveries are made between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Delivery times are subject to holiday delivery schedules, inclement weather and acts of nature. Some items may not be available for next business-day delivery.

How are special orders and manufacturer direct orders delivered?
Certain NOW items will be shipped directly from carefully selected vendors and manufacturers. These special orders and manufacturer direct orders are shipped via standard delivery and are delivered to a ground floor location in the manufacturer's shipping carton. Your delivery date will be communicated as soon as it is available.
